WAC 110-301-0260(1)(a): At the time of the site visit the kitchen was open and had chemicals/cleaners accessible to the children on an open lower shelf under the kitchen sink which was accessible to the children. The site director closed the kitchen rolling door at the time of the site visit when it was brought to his attention.
